Woodwork done the traditional way
A C Carpentry is a carpentry and joinery business based in Abercynon, Mountain Ash, serving homeowners across the South Wales valleys. We take on everything from bespoke furniture and fitted wardrobes to kitchen fitting, loft conversions, staircases and the second-fix carpentry that finishes a room properly.
Carpentry is a trade that rewards patience and care. A well-cut joint, a door that hangs true, a piece of furniture made to fit a space exactly, these are the details that make the difference between work that lasts and work that merely looks right on the day.
We work closely with every customer, listen to what they actually want, and give honest advice on how to get there within their budget. No pressure, no jargon, just quality carpentry from someone who takes pride in the craft.
The values behind the work
These are the principles that guide every job we take on, big or small.
Simple, honest and thorough
A straightforward process from the first conversation to the final finish.
Talk it through
Tell us what you have in mind by phone, email or the enquiry form. We listen first, so we understand the job before we quote.
Survey & quote
We visit, measure up and discuss materials and finishes, then give you a clear written quote with no obligation.
Craft & build
Where work is made in the workshop, it is built to your measurements. On site, we work tidily and keep you informed.
Fit & finish
We fit, finish and check every detail, then leave the space clean. You only sign off when you are happy with it.
